How do I book a visit?

By using our online booking form, or by calling one of our offices and speaking to our customer service team click here for our contact details.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

You can pay us by credit or debit card, if you are a business customer you can also pay by bank transfer. You will receive a VAT invoice.

Which Areas do you cover?

Operating from our head office in Weybridge, Surrey, we serve computer users in Surrey, Middlesex, Berkshire, Hampshire and London.

Do you repair Apple iMac computers and MacBooks

Yes. We can deal with Apple iMac or Macbook computers.

Retrieval of Lost Data

We can attempt to retrieve lost or corrupted data. We offer advice on backup systems to prevent re-occurance of lost data.

What about printers?

We can usually deal with software related printer issues. However, we don’t repair printer hardware faults.

Can you help set up a new computer ?

Yes, and we’ll connect it to the Internet and also to your home network, if you have one. In addition, we can transfer the data from your old computer.

Are all repairs done at my home?

We carry out 95% of repairs at your home or business, so you can watch and ask any questions. Only in exceptional circumstances will we need to take your computer away for repair.

Can you help with other things like my iPad, iPhone, Android or Kindle?

Yes, we can configure them all to connect to your broadband router and provide any help you may need with learning how to use them, like connecting them to iTunes or the Kindle book store.

How quickly can you get to me?

Our aim is to get someone to you within two hours of your booking. We operate Mon – Fri 9:00am – 5:00pm and Sat 9:00am – 12:00pm

Where are you based?

Our head office is in Weybridge, Surrey and probably the engineer who visits you will have travelled no more than 15 miles. We also have offices in Surbiton and Guildford.

"No Fix, No Fee” – where’s the catch?

There is no catch: it means what it says. In the unlikely event that Computer Repair UK does not know how to repair your computer, you won’t be charged anything.
